Because our merchandise is printed on-demand specifically for you when you order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color choices. Please make sure to carefully review the sizing charts provided in the product descriptions before completing your purchase.
We only accept returns or offer replacements for items that are damaged, defective, or misprinted.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing or fulfillment error, we want to make it right.
- Timeframe: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received.
- How to report an issue: Please contact us immediately at dacy@dacymedia.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear, high-quality photograph showing the entire item and the specific damage/defect.
- Resolution: Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost to you.
Packages Lost in Transit
For packages that are lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. If the carrier confirms the package was lost due to an error on our end or the courier’s end, we will cover the cost of a replacement shipment.
Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments
- Incorrect Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient or incorrect by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be held liable for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.
- Unclaimed Packages: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for the cost of reshipping the package.
